I went to USC and the College of Charleston, married the love of my life, and together we're raising a daughter named Rosalie — the kind of soul who broke the mold wide open.
I've spent over 30 years in hospitality, nonprofit leadership, and cultural entrepreneurship. From creating culinary job training programs to building bold brands and soulful spaces, my work has always come back to one thing: making people feel cared for.
As President of Les Dames d'Escoffier Charleston, a TODAY Show-featured mentor, and Hometown Hero Award recipient, I've spent years doing the behind-the-scenes work of hospitality. Now I get to do it with my hands — one box at a time.
